This is a very personal blend that I developed for myself to help with my everyday stress and anxiety.
The Bergamot with its sedative yet uplifting character along with the hypnotic floral aroma of Neroli and the calming, earthy grounding essence of the Vetiver, make it a wonderful oil to help people who are feeling anxious and full of nervous tension.
